How We Hire

We believe hiring should be efficient and respectful of each other’s time:

Apply online – It only takes a few minutes – We will not need a Cover Letter, but would love to see a well written CV with all contact details on it

Recruiter call – Get to know each other – a 1st Introduction of both parties

Assignment – Some of our roles include a self-conducted assessment as part of the process

Expert/technical interviews – Dive into the role and we do them mostly via a 1st Online Interview Session using Webex/Teams

Culture & team fit – Meet your future colleagues – Mostly we will conduct a 2nd personal Interview in our office (where possible) to answer final questions and get to further know each other

Offer stage – Quick decisions and honest feedback are provided by the Recruitment Team

During the Interview Stage

  • Be authentic – we want to get to know you
  • Come prepared – scroll through our Homepage and get familiar with who we are. We promise we will do the same with your CV and additional documents provided.
  • Prepare Questions for your 1st Interview and most definitely for your 2nd Interview – We like to be as transparent as employer and tasks as we can to avoid surprises on day 1.
